Thomas Ward, the most recent CFPB Enforcement director, will moderate a panel addressing what the CFPB has accomplished to date in the Biden administration, what it is likely to prioritize in the remaining years of the President’s first term, and discuss how banks and depositories can best prepare for and proactively and productively engage with Director Rohit Chopra’s CFPB. This panel will address the CFPB’s primary tools of enforcement, supervision, and regulation with the goal of providing insight into what banks and depositories can expect from each in the coming years.
