Guidehouse discusses how financial institutions are tracking their carbon footprint for investments and loans

Guidehouse has partnered with White House Chronicle to produce a twelve-part television series featuring interviews with industry leaders on the overarching topics of climate change, resiliency, sustainability, and new technologies.

In episode seven, Guidehouse’s Jan-Willem Bode, partner, discussed with host Llewellyn King how global financial institutions are banding together to track their client’s climate impact.

During the conversation, Bode explained the history and role of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), a coalition created by Guidehouse experts to enable banks to assess and disclose greenhouse gas emissions of loans and investments. He also discussed other decarbonization innovations happening in the financial sector.
