Guidehouse, Leading Global Provider of Consulting Services, to be Acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity

Investment by Bain Capital will support the Company’s strategic growth plans as it continues to capture global market share.

MCLEAN, VA — Guidehouse, (“Guidehouse”, or the “Company”), a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) for $5.3 billion. Guidehouse will continue to operate under its current management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Scott McIntyre. Guidehouse has been owned by Veritas Capital (“Veritas”) since 2018.
