Jamila is a partner and the head of Human Resource operations and shared services at Guidehouse. In this role, Jamila oversees, manages and directs the compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, data analytics, shared services, and talent acquisition functions for the firm.
Jamila joined Guidehouse with more than 25 years of senior Human Resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Jamila served as the Vice President of Compensation for CACI, a professional services and IT company, where she led the enterprise job framework and compensation transformation initiative and partnered with IT as the HR Functional Lead on the Workday implementation. Prior to her role at CACI, Jamila has held the position of Global Human Resources Director with Harris Healthcare Solutions, Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), multiple divisions of General Electric and Eaton Corporation.
